- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Fayemorin takes care of the shipping costs. Provided that you choose for an insured order against damage, theft, or loss.
* Shipping costs to return your item do have to be paid by you.
- CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link that you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while for the Track & Trace status to be available.
- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Fayemorin is committed to the prompt delivery of products. If you place an order on working days before 3 p.m., we aim to process and send your order the same day. The delivery time is normally 1 working day!
- I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered then it will be waiting for you at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 5 working days. You will also receive a notification of this from the driver, this will also include the pickup location. After these 5 working days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
- WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
- LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.
